• Heating systems inspected and filters changed?
• Timers and photocells inspected and operating?
• Soft water system inspected and salt-full?
• Hot tubs deep cleaned and filters changed?
• Fire riser inspected and tagged?
• Pest control arranged?
• All appliances and home theaters working correctly?
• Smoke detector batteries changed?
• Outdoor furniture properly stored?
• Is your holiday lighting arranged?
