  • Oversee reserve study updates
  • Ensure HOAs are compliant with SB167
  • Follow declarations and enforce rules and regulations
  • Prepare annual meeting and conference calls
  • Handle proxies and voting
  • Complete state filings
  • Establish rules and regulations for the property as needed
  • Remodeling oversight using licensed and insured contractors

ENGINEERING

  • Conduct property inspections
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure common areas are maintained to the highest of standards
  • Obtain bids and oversee capital projects
  • Oversee reoccurring contracts such as, but not limited to: landscaping, tree pest control, fire systems, elevators, and snow removal. Please note: Compass provides snow removal services at certain properties.
  • Oversee reserve study updates and meet with R/S representative as necessary
  • Manage seasonal property cleanup
