Getting your property ready for Spring. If you own a private home or a live in an HOA in Park City, it's important to follow the necessary steps in order to maximize the lifespan and minimize the stress on your home during the warmer season. Consider the following as the winter comes to a close and spring begins. - Asphalt driveway and roads check for pot holes and crack sealing. December 2023 As your HOA/Community Manager, we are continually performing our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks in accordance with our community calendars. In preparation for the coming winter in Park City, Compass Management Services focuses on preparing homes and buildings for cold and snow. Your HOA/Community should be thinking about the following tasks: Heat Melt Systems - are your boilers serviced and working? Are your snow removal contracts in place? Evening pool and gate lockup in common spaces. Is your heat tape working properly? Are your gutters and flat roofs clean, swept, and inspected? Salting sidewalks and common spaces. Roof snow monitoring and raking. Ventilation pipes cleared – fireplaces and exhausts. Fire systems and drum drain bleeding on dry systems. Fire inspections as required. Monitor drains for blockage.
