- Remodeling oversight using licensed and insured contractors
ENGINEERING
- Conduct property inspections

- Oversee reoccurring contracts such as, but not limited to: landscaping, tree pest control, fire systems, elevators, and snow removal. Please note: Compass provides snow removal services at certain properties.
