As longtime Park City residents, owners Trent and Vikki Davis are intimately familiar with everything it takes to effectively manage ski town properties. Since the inception of Compass Property Management over two decades ago, the Davis’ have become a fixture of the local culture, managing eight HOAs spanning nearly 400 units. They are avid skiers, and enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Park City has to offer, including fishing and hiking. They have cultivated a steadfast team who encompass the following:

• Trouble-shoots options for problem solving.
• Participates in owner and board calls.
Office Manager
• Dispatch of Staff.
• Receives and prioritizes phone calls.

Housekeeping
• Home care and common area cleaning.
• Deep cleaning.
Controller
• Oversees accounting department.
• Handles all aspects of financial management.
• Provides financial statements and analysis.
• Oversees operating and reserve account
budgeting and analysis.
• Capital planning.
Maintenance Staff
• Trained maintenance staff specializing in large and small building and home maintenance.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Home and building mechanical systems, i.e.
HVAC, heat melt, roof systems.
