Principal
Trent Davis
Trent grew up in San Diego and graduated from USC. He loved the slopes and couldn’t stay away. He came to Park City and built Compass.
He’d been in commercial property management and sales. In the late ’80s his father, Olympian Jack Davis, asked him to take over the mountain base. HOAs, the Lodge, the village commercial, all in-house. Attention to detail is his specialty.
He and Vikki raised their daughters here. They ski, they fish, they hike. He answers the phone.
Is your HOA getting the care it deserves?
If the answer is slow, that’s usually the answer. Let’s look at the building.
