Pat Quigley

Pat has held a real estate sales and brokers license for over 30 years. He loves talking about what brings value to a property. Creating a path to property appreciation is his specialty.

He has lived his entire adulthood in resort communities, managing hotels, condo-hotels, and homeowners associations. At one time he managed the largest vacation rental and homeowners association resort in Hawaii — Kamaole Sands on Maui, more than 500 properties. He has lived on all the Hawaiian islands, managing hotels for Castle Resorts as Regional Operations Manager. After relocating to Utah, Pat and his partner started a management company in Park City and grew it to 12 vacation rental markets across the U.S. and Canada.

He’s a fixture of the Park City community. He spent a decade as President of the Board of Trustees of the Park City Snowboard Team, Team United Park City, and was instrumental in creating Park City Ski and Snowboard, a community-wide program with over 1,200 athletes. He raised his family here on the slopes, skiing and snowboarding.
